The 2-ton standard came from a passenger-car market that has moved on. A mid-size electric SUV today carries a battery pack that adds 300 to 500 kg over its petrol equivalent, and buyers are choosing exactly those vehicles for buildings that were designed a decade ago.
AcePark systems are engineered at 3,000 kg per pallet across every configuration — two-level, three-level and four-level. There is no premium tier for weight. It is simply the standard, because retrofitting weight capacity into an installed system is not realistically possible.
For developers the consequence is straightforward: a building specified at 2 tons today will have residents who cannot park their next car in it.
