AcePark delivered 90% of an abandoned mechanical parking scope in Panvel within the occupancy window.
AcePark has completed the mechanical parking installation at Satya Govind, Panvel, after the original vendor abandoned the project at 10% completion.
Working from the foundation up with premium structural steel, the AcePark team delivered 90% of the total scope in 60 days and brought the system into operation inside the developer's occupancy window.
Covered parking remains listed as a key project USP on the developer's own marketing material.
