The founder
Built by an engineer who is called when things get complex.
Wasif Sayed is the founder of Acetech Industries Private Limited and a mechanical engineer with an MBA in Operations Management. Passionate about innovation, he enjoys developing new products, introducing emerging technologies, and solving challenging business and engineering problems.
His career began with Blue Star, working on HVAC and refrigeration systems, followed by a stint at Entrib developing IoT solutions. Before starting Acetech, he was with CEAT Tyres, where he led the digital transformation of three manufacturing plants into smart factories.
Known for his practical approach and problem-solving mindset, Wasif is often the person people turn to when faced with complex challenges — which is precisely how AcePark ended up rebuilding parking projects that other vendors walked away from.
Operations run from Office no 101, First floor, Obelisk Apartments, Sai Nagar, Panvel 410206, serving developers across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
