The slip is rarely one big failure — it is a sequence of small handoffs nobody owns: drawings waiting on a structural sign-off, fabrication waiting on drawings, erection waiting on a crane slot.
AcePark builds the schedule backwards from handover. Site assessment and approval strategy occupy the first fifteen days. Fabrication and erection run from day sixteen to day fifty. Commissioning, load testing and operator training take the following nine days. Day sixty is handover with documentation and warranty activation.
The reason we can commit to it is that we do not sub-contract the sequence. The same team that surveys the site fabricates, erects and commissions the system, which removes the handoffs where the schedule usually dies.
